I came in looking for a specific work boot. I tried it on and it didn’t fit like I hoped it would, so the staff had me try a couple more styles that had similar features. I ended up trying one out that I hadn’t narrowed down online and it fit great! As always, super happy with my customer service experience at Red Wing.

The two gentlemen help me get inserts and the new apex boots and they had real world insights about the boots and made me feel like I was a valued customer I will definitely be visiting the maplewood location again
