Definitely visit ANY of the other phone locations along Robert Street but this one. Minimal knowledge of the products, and absolutely no customer service. There is reason they wear name tags with no actual names on them =)

Came in to buy my daughter her first phone and Garland(I apologize if I misspelled his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable! The following week after, I locked my phone and forgot my pass code and he tried his best to help me through it all. His personality is very welcoming and he keeps a smile on his face.
