“Unfortunately google doesn’t allow business owners to rebut negative reviews so we have to write our own review. In response to Bruce Wold’s negative review; When he brought us his truck it was covered in corrosion, so bad that the entire roof cab had to be replaced with an aftermarket fiberglass roof cap because of the holes rusted through. We replaced the roof cap, both hood tops, both front fenders, and installed a day cab kit. We did our very best to clean up the corrosion on the rest of the truck. But I would guess the paint chips are from some corrosion coming back through. We like all other auto body shops cannot guarantee corrosion. The final invoice was $15,501.77 (including the parts just listed) not $27,000.00. I don’t recall a comment he made about any runs. However, riveted cabs are difficult to paint and are prone to paint sags at the rivets. They happen occasionally. We normally sand and buff them out. Bruce lives relatively close to our shop and in 5 years has not once stopped in to mention his displeasure with the job we did. We have full documentation of this project including Invoice, Work order, and Photos. We are willing to share this information with anyone who asks. We have many references from return and onetime customers who would be willing attest to our service and quality of work and will provide on request.Service: Body & Trim”

“I found Minnesota Hot Rod Hardware on Google when I was looking for a distributor of Bill's Hot Rod Co. brackets. Tim had what I needed in stock & delivered them as promised -- he's the real deal.”

“Milo Peterson Ford is a great dealership that serves the local community very well, and as multiple Ford Owners in my family we have been served very well by this dealership for many years. However, it's very unfortunate for us that Ford has decided to not support these small-town dealerships anymore, even though they appear to remain profitable. Besides politics and other influences, we will lose this great asset to our community in the next month. It probably does not mean much to the general public, but it definitely has a large negative impact on this and many other local community, loss of service, loss of local jobs, loss of local tax revenue, and so on. Rather than a 10-mile drive for service, it's now 40 miles for us. I'm sure there is much more to this than I know, but the disappointment of Ford closing their dealerships for whatever reason, is very questionable and requires further reviews on my and my family's part. Maybe loyalty is not that important and going with a different brand is a better option. Time will tell...”
