“Amazing customer service! Very friendly! I had some loose plastic pieces under bumper and by my tire and wheel well. I could not drive my vehicle due to the tire rubbing. I came in for an estimate to have this fixed. It was a quick 10 minute fix. (I had no idea this would be so quick). Instead of having me come back and make an appointment Darrin fixed it o the spot. He told me to try this and see if it fixes the problem. If not come back and see him. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He would not let me pay for the service. I tried but he said no charge. His kindness was a true blessing to me in my life. I would highly recommend them and I say this very sincerely. When I have this kind of customer service I know this place has high integrity and that is what one wants when they need a body shop. A+++++”

“The gentleman running this corporate store is doing the best he possibly can to get you the parts that you need, and is able to look them up quickly, but the parts that are sold from this location are determined by corporate, and not always what the general public is after.”
“I had a fantastic experience with these guys. My insurance covered the cost of repairs and what not. But the guy, can't remember his name, said it would only take a week or so to get the parts ordered and patched up. It was exactly a week later and the job was complete. They fixed hail damage and another dent unrelated to the work that needed repair. Looks like nothing was ever damaged.”
