“The people are nice and efficient. I'm laughing at the one star reviews. Such anger and entitlement. Where have you been the last few years? If you would like better service or think you could do it right, I'm sure they are accepting applications.”

“Wow. I love this pharmacy and will be a customer for life. The staff, techs and pharmacists are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication is great and they actually have the capacity to listen and give informed responses to customers.I can't stand the big chains anymore. This is a great over the counter drugstore as well and I try to stock up on my ibuprofen, chapstick, cough drops, etc and support a local business. They also have a great gift selection (tons of local stuff), so if I have a friends birthday or baby shower coming up, I remind myself to pick something up there when I stop in to get my prescription each month.Support local, family-owned pharmacies. Places like this are integral to the quality of care in the U.S.”

“If you are looking for the very best food options and that rare, hard to find sauce, spice or cracker, this is the place. Not the cheapest grocery option but the atmosphere, selection and service make it a high value experience.”

“Best place to buy bulk but be prepared to try to maneuver around all the people who stop in the middle of the aisle and just stand there. If you can go in the morning it's not as bad then.”

“I love this Hy-Vee even though it's a little further away from the closest one to me in Plymouth. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a huge candy area and beauty area. I love the fuel saver program. I went to fuel up and paid less then $3 a gallon. Parking is plentiful.”

“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”

“Cannot say enough good things about Eugene and the service he provided! Discovered my daughter was en route to another state without her meds (from two different pharmacies) on a Friday night. Long story short, Eugene managed (with great patience and perseverance) to reach BOTH pharmacies (I had been on hold with each for over twenty minutes before calling him) and get the prescriptions filled just before closing! They will be ready for her to pick up at opening tomorrow morning. He even called to confirm that they were filled, insurance coverage, and price before he left the pharmacy for the evening. We are all set! Huge kudos to Eugene at this Walmart Pharmacy location!”

“I love, love, love this pharmacy. I feel like Norm from cheers when they see me. I don’t even need to tell them my name. The staff sees it is me they get my prescriptions. Debbie, Linda and Paul rock!!! I was very sad that we lost our movie star of commercials Miles. I can’t say enough as to how wonderful this gang is. Thanks guys!!!”

“I'm giving it 4 stars because Sharon who works there is very nice and helpful when I checked out today! I been to CVS many and she's the friendliest person. On another note this CVS is always out of 6 pack pineapple juice or maybe that don't sell it here but hope they will begin to.”

“People! You can get gas no matter what side your tank is on! The hose stretches so far over. Costco made it this way too make the lines go faster. TIP :go to the far left lane, as it's always empty, it seems! We came at Tues @ 130pm and it was empty of cars! Enjoy my pictures!”

“One of, if not, the best Walgreens I have visited. I am new to the area so I have had to make many runs for missing odds and ends; I am always greeted by the kindest staff! Their cashier, Sophia, is such a nice kid and has helped me locate the more obscure things i’ve needed. Great store.”

“I've always enjoyed this location, the parking is generally easy to get into/out of and this is my preferred gas location too! I will say the holiday season makes it a lot more hectic than I prefer, but that's just par for the course. I really just wanted to give kudos to the front end manager who replaced an item that I had left behind. I still don't know if I left it in the cart or register, but she replaced it without question. Definitely brightened my day!”

“Andy, the short tire salesman, is impressing everyone with his calm demeanor as he prepares for his upcoming trip to Vermont. Despite the stress of travel planning, Andy handles it well, showcasing his efficient and organized nature. He mentioned the importance of following original tire speculation size unless you get after-market rims like Veelocks Wheels. His ability to stay composed under pressure deserves not just an applause but a standing ovation for such a celebrated individual. His tyre knowledge is off the charts. Maple Grove Costco members will surely miss him while he is out in Vermont advancing his promising career!”

“I have been a customer for the Cub Shorewood pharmacy for over 25 years. We moved away from the area a couple years ago. They still make it worthwhile traveling back for their services. Very personal and professional, unfortunately sometimes overworked. Its easy to criticize when you are not doing the work. Thank-you”

“Great prices, had everything I wanted, but its hard to find things in the store. If you asked a staff person you got it, they came so close to great service them kinda dropped the ball.”

“After having numerous issues with our old pharmacy over the years, we switched to Cub Pharmacy at the recommendation of a doctor who said her patients have had good experiences with Cub. We've been very happy with the switch. Lines are usually short (and often there's no line at all) and their customer service is very good. Their website for managing refills could be better (the whole Cub website is a bit clunky, for that matter), but I'll gladly take short wait times and good customer service over website functionality.”

“Love when they deliver. They should let their clients know ahead of time how many days it will actually take to arrive in the mail. They always tell me two and it's always about 4 or 5 days later. Sometimes they tell me my med has been filled and it isn't... So I have to call back a week later and refill again. But the customer service is great, and friendly. And the mail or delivery feature is a must!”

“I was having a horrible experience with Walgreens not being able to refill my prescriptions for weeks due to strikes. I had my prescriptions transferred but there was still some trouble in Walgreens end. The pharmacist came over to help me and she was extremely nice and helpful!! I went from being horribly upset to so so relieved. I just can't say how much I appreciated it!! She went above and beyond.”

“For prospective hires:Compared to other LTC pharmacies in the area, Guardian in Eden Prairie is a breath of fresh air. The current staff are welcoming of new talent and there are resources available to allow that talent to thrive. Everyone has their responsibilities; but no one is ever alone or thrown in the deep end by themselves. Actual team work and coworkers help everyday, especially the supervisors who often go above and beyond. The expectations to be successful are minimal, from the drivers, order entry, fullfillment, Pharmacists and everyone between - you just have to show up for work, be productive, be kind. The compensation is competitive (better than similar markets), with much less stress than retail. You can take actual breaks, food and treats are regularly made available, and the working space is large, clean and invitingFor Prospective Customers:You won't find a better or more engaging partnership. I regularly see the staff - from the president all the way to the 9-5 fullfillment techs - go the extra step in making sure the care we deliver is as accurate and timely as possible. Reach out!”
