“I have never been in an auto repair shop waiting area that was as spotlessly clean as Plymouth Tire & Auto Center. The two staff members that I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I did not have an appointment; it was Thursday at about 3:30pm and the left front tire of my vehicle had an air leak. Needless to say, I was in and out of there in about an hour and back on the road. The price for the repair I thought was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend Plymouth Tire & Auto and I will be sure to use them in the future. My thanks.”
“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! They said in this heat they wouldn’t turn away someone in need of an air conditioning appointment and asked me when I would like to come in the next day. I came in the next day and they repaired it. “I have been going to Discount Tire locations for over seven years. I was driving thru. Minneapolis had an issue with one of my runflat tires. I pulled in and spoke to Alex He reassured me that he would order a new tire for me in less than 48 hours I returned, and it took him in his team 23 minutes to change my flat. Unbelievable service, one of the best teams that ever encountered. They’ve fixed major issues, like brakes, n prevented complete mental breakdowns from minor things like putting plates on/changing fob batteries. I’ve never felt pressured to throw money at anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary, plus they look the other way when I’ve had a zombie or animal skulls in my car or brought a leashed dog into their waiting area. 10/10 would def recommend”

Jon clearly explained that the real estimate would vary depending on the technique he could use specific to the age and model/year of the car (2007 Lexus GS350 AWD). He outlined the best (lowest cost, most likely), middle, and worst (highest cost, least likely) scenarios. If this sounds like a doctor’s visit then you are right. Some repairs on older cars (16 year old vehicle) will have many variables to deal with including different technique depending on the condition and year of your vehicle. The final bill was just under $1,400! Save your money and deal with an absolute professional that knows what he is doing. You will not be disappointed!”

“We are from Brainerd and my wife was low on antifreeze. She happened to be at an appointment close by. I called over there and they were fully booked but they said she could stop by to get the antifreeze topped off. They filled the reservoir and looked things over quick and couldn't see any visible leaks. They gave her some pointers to watch for while driving and would not take any money for the antifreeze. “Brought my work van in here on Friday morning for a new alternator and electrical issues that were causing no left front headlight.By Saturday afternoon, I had my business van running again with very fair pricing. They replaced the alternator and found a melted wire harness for headlight.Staff is extremely customer service oriented and friendly. Everyone here seems highly competent and they get people in and out very efficiently. While I sat in waiting area, I also heard another customer say; “Wow! That was quick!”Youngstedts is my new auto repair shop and highly recommend!”
