ABRA Auto Body has been a saving grace through a very stressful insurance claim and my insurer taking days between getting back to me on top of that leaving me hanging over the Labor Day weekend..

(July 2024 last year) My car was done faster than expected! The billing process for an insurance was kind of confusing although I’m not sure how much that was me not asking the right questions at Abra. I ended up just letting them call me and they would let me know what to do. It was all cleared up in the end. The process with enterprise was a little confusing too. The Abra receptionist didn’t communicate much of this when I asked. So I just went with it. Was confused about when I pick up my car whether I meet at Abra or at Enterprise. None of this process was explained. This is the first time I’ve had to make an insurance claim or repair like this.”

“Pat, Wendy and their mechanics are good even though my problem stumped them and the dealer computer experts. Most of the faults were dealt with but they got stuck on the last one. Unfortunately our shop people didn't want to have me stuck up here anymore so they sent a tow truck to bring my truck back to Joplin. They know what their doing here in St Cloud. If you have a problem, call them. Shop supervisor said if we ever get broke down up here again, he's gonna call C&H. Nice friendly people. Only drawback is there's no driver waiting area. Not a big shop.”

“Brent is a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic. A part that he replaced in one of my vehicles failed after 18 months and 22,000 miles, and he refused to accept any money from me to repair it again (and it was not a minor repair). I honestly don’t think any other shop in town would stand behind their work like that.”

“Jim was very transparent when it came to fixing our 2013 F150. We were patient and he got it done. He did it for a lot less than we thought and we r very happy that we have our truck back. He was honest that at 1st he was puzzled at the issue & wasn't afraid to look into other causes for the problem & look to other shops for assistance. He earned our respect when he told us he was reaching out to others for assistance. He was respectful towards me & my husband the entire time. I'm just happy to have a vehicle. “If you're looking for an honest place to buy tires at a competitive price, this is the place. I had another auto center inform me that I needed new ball joints, due to uneven tire wear. Mark ordered the ball joints and Michelin tires before the scheduled maintenance work so that everything could be done on the same day. When the car was being evaluated as to whether the car actually needed ball joints, it was determined that it really needed new tie rod ends which were a lot cheaper than the ball joints to repair. The Manager, Jamie, actually demonstrated what really needed repair. Another time I was there, the check engine light came on and Dave tested the battery as the likely culprit. I purchased a new battery and they installed it in just a few minutes. These guys are not scammers!”
