“Recently had a tire replaced but began noticing it was loosing air . After being unable to find the leak myself I took it back in where they discovered the leak was caused by my damaged rim that acured because of a bolt coming loose and falling out of my brake caliper not long after the tire was put on.I had recently removed the caliper and rotor to change the axle seals and must have failed to completely tighten everything down. *never happens*In the end Williams had given me a great deal on a replacement wheel to fix the problem and I was on my way.I've been going there for years and am always treated right.”

After I returned, Todd showed me that when they went to change the rotors and brakes on the front, they were still in good shape. Back needed to be done. No charge for looking and he could have billed me for all four and done them regardless, but saved me money by not doing what wasn't necessary. Thank you.”
