A little humorous to me, but not all of your customers may feel the same.”

“I called this store asking if they had some Irish Setter Marshall Boots. Kyle (I think was his name) took my call and was incredibly nice. I arrived and my boots were waiting for me to try on with a couple others that he recommended but never pushed me. Couldn't believe how respectful and knowledgeable he was with all the different models. He took the time to ask more about what these boots are for, what I did for work, etc. I love all my Red Wing boots and to have a store like this a handful of miles away from home is perfect.”

“Beautiful new location! Located on the second floor near Express. I had to return some pillows today and the employees were so patient and helpful. They even gave out flowers today since it was the grand opening. Overall, the store had a great vibe thanks to the friendliness of the employees. I ended up choosing the pair that fit the best. But they are so uncomfortable they hurt my feet. I hope I can return them for the comfort guarantee.
