“Finding the parking lot was a bit of a challenge in the dark, I thought it would have been connected to the Casey's next door, but no, you have to go around the block and come in from the backFood & drinks: There seems to be a permanent food truck here, I can't say what the food is like as the truck closes at 8:00pm.Is an easy walk to the gas station/convenient store next door.”

“Let's face it... Not everyone is cut out to work in customer service. We'll just assume they are haters... and they probably wake up like that everyday. They need to stay home. Other people absolutely THRIVE in customer service and let their fabulous qualities shine through!! I stayed here during my latest work trip and had the pleasure of meeting Myranda, at check-in. Her stellar customer service skills are off the CHARTS!! Stay FABULOUS Myranda!! CS is so lucky to have you!!”

“This hotel had a secret surprise when checking in around 5 pm... this is the first hotel I've stayed in that offers complimentary hot soup for their guests!!Went to Rochester, MN, for a concert at the Mayo Clinic Civic center and got into town a bit late to find a place for dinner, checking in, and getting downtown for the concert. When we arrived at the hotel, the reservation host let us know he'd be getting the soup out for the guests. It was the best chicken vegetable soup I'd had in a while. Besides the soup, there were several types of crackers, sliced Italian bread, butter, peanut butter, milk, coffee, tea, and you could have more than one serving. When we checked out the next day, I told the day reservation host how wonderful it was to have the complimentary soup and the extras!! She told me they started that back in Covid 2020 and just never stopped serving at night. She added that after a long travel to Rochester for either medical or other, it's nice to have that at home feeling of a good bowl of soup. Their Hampton Hotel is the only one doing this.I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Hilton chain as well as other hotel chains, and this is the first for me!!Besides the wonderful soup, the complementary breakfast was equally good. Instead of the normal one-pot scrambled eggs and sausage, they served southwestern omelets, bacon, and roasted baby potatoes, red peppers, and onion bits. There was also ready-made oatmeal, muffins, bagels, cereal, juices, yogurt, and make your own waffles. My high thumbs up to the Hamilton Hotel in Rochester, MN. This will be my go-to hotel when I'm there!! I wish I had taken a picture!!Rooms: The room was clean and inviting. The beds were super comfortable, as well as the pillows. Each queen bed had four pillows... so comfortable.Nearby activities: It seems like there is plenty to do. We were there for a concert. This hotel is close to the downtown district, making it easy to get there and back. There are several small malls nearby and plenty of places to eat.Safety: The parking lot is well lit, and all side entrances needed the room key to open the doors.Walkability: It seems to be an easy walking distance to most places around the hotel, but not for going downtown.Food & drinks: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and a complimentary dinner of soup, assorted crackers, Italian bread, butter, peanut butter, and coffee, tea, milk, and juices.Noteworthy details: This hotel is in close proximity to the interstate, downtown, small malls, and many eateries and pubs.”

“Excellent hotel! I wish they had this exact hotel in every place I go because I would book it every time. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast options (and I'm picky), and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”
