“Everything was great. A little smaller than I expected but it all worked out. The service was great. If you have any issues all you have to do is text and it's a quick response and quick solution. We would rent from Covered by faith again and again if needed. I didn't have to worry about anything while I was at the hospital for my husband's major surgery.”

“From check in to check out, we were given outstanding service. The two ladies at the front desk were most welcoming. It's unfortunate we traveled for medical reasons and will have to return. I plan to book my stay at this Marriott location each time! Good job Marriott. You have outstanding people at this location.Rooms: The rooms are clean and our room had a refrigerator, mini stove, microwave and large bathroomSafety: The area is very safe. We had no concernsWalkability: It is one block from Mayo clinic and maybe two blocks from St Mary Hospital.”

“For the last 4 months, I've stayed 3 times at this hotel. It is wonderful. Clean, newly renovated, minutes walking distance to Dan Abraham 's Center and close to the other Mayo facilities. There is shuttle with convenient schedule, as well. The staff is great. Friendly, nice and most important, ready to help. Inadvertently, at my last stay, I booked a different hotel. Lisa and Alex went far and beyond to resolve my issue. They were so caring and professional. Their attitude took away the stress from the situation. During my stay few days before Thanksgiving, there was a full Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey and all the trimmings. How thoughtful and nice! Many people come to the area for medical appointments and treatments. When the hotel is so wonderful and the staff is so nice, difficult moments feel manageable.Thank you all for your hard work.”

“Spent last Monday/Tuesday here. We had stayed at two other local motels/Hotels recently and I wish we had been here each time. This place was practically spotless! No dirt, no offensive smells and the bathroom was very nice. Beds were good and even though the place got filled it was Quiet! Decent breakfast and soup in the evening at no extra cost. Best room rates around also! Choose this place first next time!Rooms: GreatSafety: GoodFood & drinks: Very good”

“Although this hotel is dated, it is more than adequate. The rooms are clean, although the older section that has the two twin beds are small and slightly cramped. The newer section has two larger rooms for more cost.If you are looking for lodging when visiting the Mayo Clinic, this is a more than adequate place to stay. It has a connection to the Mayo Subway system.”

“I have stayed at this location on two different occasions. The rooms are quiet and super clean. Large bathroom and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Dry reasonable price too.Walkability: You can walk to 4 different coffee shops, Costco or to several restaurants.Food & drinks: There is a McDonalds next door, they share a drive way. Five west is in the other side and has great food too.”

“Excellent hotel! I wish they had this exact hotel in every place I go because I would book it every time. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast options (and I'm picky), and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“Very nice hotel. They were out of swim towels and there was a full cart in the pool of dirty ones, that no one seemed to care about, other than a bit of a non attentive night staff all. Was wonderful.”

“friendly staff, clean, updated rooms.you're not gonna get the spit shine of the hotel next door but i think this is by far the best option I've seen in town at this price point. i tried elsewhere, mostly to try to get a better location. i was really disappointed and ended up right back here. they accommodated a very short notice check in with grace.”

“The only bad thing is they didn't have any plug ins in the room except for the refrigerator and microwave, the room was clean and the rate was good, will stay there again if I'm ever in Rochester again.”

“Honest review. This was my first trip to Mayo Clinic and I am so glad I disregarded the few negative online reviews I read. I staying in the Towers, King Executive and OMG....I am not kidding when I say this is an excellent hotel, hands down, the best and super easy access to Mayo... literally like 12 steps from from entrance. The concierge met me downstairs and hauled up my luggage, explained everything and where to go for food, etc. I was on the 10th floor and only the 10 & 11th floors have to use your key card to get access from elevator. On the 11th floor is an amazing lounge area that resembles a quiet, comfy hangout where I met a few others that we would see routinely and had conversations. They had anything you needed, 24/7 to eat, drink, including beer and mixed drinks, FREE. The parking is free too for the Towers. Anything you need, concierge has you. Great place to be if you need surgery too. I need to come back to Mayo, and I am staying here. The shower pressure and temperature was great, but the bathroom has no fan or great toilet pressure, but flushes fine. The rooms are about 97% sound proof. It's an old hotel, newly updated, and I loved it. Everyone was just great ?Just book it.Rooms: Large, spacious, bathroom large.Safety: Very safe.Walkability: Everything is walking. Just park in parking garage and walk entire trip. Everything connected by walking subway (no train)or skyway.Food & drinks: Tons of places to eat and go.Noteworthy details: There is shops in the hotel and plaza area. Chester's Restaurant was excellent and restaurants deliver to hotel lobby. There is a small mini mall just outside hotel too. Easy access to Mayo. If you stay in the Towers you also get free complimentary valet parking.”

“The hotel staff are a little blunt when checking in, not really welcoming when we first checked in. The room was fairly clean, the TV in our room had either bad cable connection or was in need of repair as it had static lines running vertically across the screen, the bed was kind of on the hard side, and the pillows were very small and lacking support. The pool was great, once we figured out how to get there(had to call the front desk for directions). The parking ramp is a little awkward, as you have to push a button and let someone know your room number and last name to enter and leave(this gets kind of annoying after coming and going a few times).”

“Kerry the Manager is very helpful and friendly as we had to make a trip to the Mayo which is no fun for anyone. Our stay was pleasant the room was clean and the housekeeping was very accommodating whenever we needed anything for our room.”
