The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong.House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. “I recently had my car repaired at House Chevrolet in Stewartville, Mn due to hitting a deer. I made the appointment in September to repair the car on November 10. I received a call from Gary on the Friday before my appointment, reminding me of my appointment. I brought my car in on November 10 and received a call on November 13 that my car was repaired and ready for me to pick up. My car looks like new!!

“Had a great experience. Got a sudden flat tire when in Stewartville at 5:18pm on a Monday on our way to Mayo Clinics. No spare in a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. Resident suggest calling Steve, he ordered a tire in case I needed it, came to my parked van in Casey's parking lot while my wife and I headed to Mayo by Uber, took off the tire and checked it out the next morning. Next day I called after our appointments, he said he was able to repair the tire, and didn't want me spending the money for a tire needlessly! Very reasonable charge, and I could have not asked for more from a man who went over and above for an 'out of towner' from Iowa!”
