“Called the store to make sure they had the phone I wanted to upgrade to in stock. They made an appt for me that day. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. Mark was beyond helpful and fast (despite him having to wait for all my stuff to transfer from old to new phone ?). I feel like most people dread going to the phone store, but Mark did great and got me set up!”
“I am a long time Boost customer and had just ordered a new phone online that refused to activate. I brought the phone to this location and the service rep was fantastic. He got me dialed in to the Boost activation department and talked them through what needed to happen, since apparently my account is special and needs a physical SIM card, not the eSIM they were trying to activate. It might have taken days to straighten out if he hadn't recognized the problem and taken steps to get it fixed. I may be skeptical about Boost overall after this experience, but this location knows their business and would definitely come here again for help.”
