“Target is already one of my favorite stores but My trip to target in Chan was absolutely perfect! This target had everything on my list and more. The check out was quick, efficient, and easy. Even our check out girl "grace" was super friendly and made sure we had all our items before we left! Masks were worn and sanitizer was used. Great job!”

“My husband went through Walmart and was stopped by an AT andT person and got him to sign up. It turned out to be a nightmare until we went into att and t and Josh helped us out. He was nice and patient and answered every question we had. He fixed our bill and phone service to the way it should have been set in the first place and was a real lifesaver for us. His other co worker Jaysa was very helpful as well! Thanks again guys while be short staffed for all your help!!!”

“They provide great service!! Went in to get a new USB port on my S9+ that hasn't worked in years (humidity got to it while camping - been charging with charging pad ever since). The employee offered to try cleaning it out first just to see if it'll help. Sure enough, works like a charm now when they could've charged me for a new USB port and install. I'll be going there anytime I need work done.”

“Wow! First review. And it's gonna be a good one. Such a good experience. Which is not always expected these day. But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well. I am so grateful to put my trust into the people that work here. I will be coming back for sure! Great job guys!”

“We were out for dinner at Culver's. When it was time to leave, I couldn't find my phone. Looked all around Culver's, my car, my purse... Nothing. PANIC. Went to the nearby Pioneer Trail T-Mobile Chaska store five minutes before close. Michelle very calmly and patiently walked us through downloading the app to find my device, and helped us finally zoom in on the map where my phone was located... OMG I had left it at HOME. Never once did she make me feel stupid, or like I was delaying her closing duties. On the contrary, she was helpful and empathetic above and beyond. 10 stars!!! Thank you so much, Michelle!”

“The guys were so kind and helped me with my phone issue. As soon as I walked in, one person said welcomingly, I'll be right with you, please check in. I checked in with QR code, and a guy helped, but he didn't know how to fix the issue, so he called another guy, and another, and they decided the phone needed to be replaced. They placed the order for replacement and the phone is coming in a day! Feels good to know they welcome you and want to take care of your issue. Good people.”

“Special Thank You to McKenzie today at EP TMobile. We had closed an internet account due to a move, forgotten PIN, and a credit that was not clearing or getting back to us properly. It took us multiple phone calls and visits, and today McKenzie was patient, kind and resolved the challenge within an hour. Note to management: rating McKenzie a 5, not TMobile. Management needs to update their policies for closed accounts and returning credit to customers.”

“I am a Target fan in general and even though Chaska hasn't had the latest update it's still my favorite Targets of the South to West Metro. My advice to all Target goers gets the red card. It does not have to be a credit card, I prefer a debit card. It's an automatic 5% off all products and free shipping for those items they don't have available. When you combine that with the Cartwheel deals it can be one of the least expensive places for groceries around. The grade of produce is the same as a Cub. It doesn't compare to Kwalskis or Lunds & Beyerlys but I try to eat all my produce by the end of the week and store it properly. I think it is worth the value. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and even entertaining at times. I only have two complaints, I choose to do my shopping on Mondays and they have not gotten a chance to restock fully what has been depleted from the weekend rush. The second is that half the time they just give me plastic bags instead of asking if I prefer paper or plastic because I do prefer paper. Minimal but matters to me.”

“Apple at Ridgedale Center is spacious, clean-clean-clean, and has a complete inventory of their products. The greater value is smart staff. These people know their products and the software tricks only a seasoned user and well trained staffers can offer. Hands on classes are active everytime I've been in. I upgrade and iPad, iPhone, and iWatch often enough to keep me happy with new features to experience. This Apple Store and Ridgedale is my place to go. The online Apple store has sharp staff who help me make decisions on trade-ins to upgrade and answer my questions.”

“This Target is the closest one to my hotel. It's a part of Eden Prairie Center. There is an indoor pathway that connects you between the store and the mall. This store is a regular Target. If you're looking for produce or meat that you find at SuperTarget, this store isn't for you. I love the electronics and cell phone accessories sections. My phone doesn't have a headphone jack. I normally use either wireless earbuds or my USB-C adapter, but I left both at home. I found the most comfortable, affordable pair of wireless earbuds here. I like the clothes at Target. Everything is affordable and doesn't look cheap. I also enjoyed looking at all the laundry detergent, as it's slightly different that what I'm accustomed to back home. You have the option to either use the self-checkout or have humans cash you out. I like the latter approach. I had an older gentleman who was kind and helpful. I used my credit card and my wireless earbuds were mine. I actually headed back to the mall (well, I had to no matter what!) wand tried out my wireless earbuds. They were easy to pair with my phone, were fully charged, and fit perfectly in my ears. Two thumbs (or ears) up! It's a good Target. I'm a fan. (495)”
