“Super nice guy:) I wish I found out about this place when I first moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, it is way easier than having to wait or worry about he post office or getting my packages at the leasing building due to them getting stolen at my building. He charges $3 a package to be sent out by UPS or for $10 a month you get a mailbox and unlimited packages to be sent, the only thing I got confused about was it's a 6-month minimum and you have to pay it upfront so $60 + show 2 forms of ID, SSI card not accepted. I showed him my ID and my lease. You can also get things sent to his email and he will print it for you and I believe they fax as well. They sell shipping essentials if needed AKA boxes and tape. Only open busines hrs during the Week- Not Open on Weekends!”
“I've been in post offices (USPS) where I've been treated like a human being, but most I've been in I've been treated like I'm an unwanted pest. But, at Normandale, not only do the staff seem to care that my needs are met, they also treat me like a member of their community and someone who they are happy showed up. Phenomenal!”
“Kirk has outstanding customer service skills--he was really helpful & so kind.... The other co-worker who was female barked at me when I walked in on 08072024 that if I had a return that I had to go over to kiosk; she was quite hostile actually, so I was relieved when Kirk came out to assist me directly on sending a package!”
“Sadly, I did not catch his name, but the FedEx employee who helped me was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The cost to ship my package seemed a little high, but he can't help that. And frankly, the cost of everything in the world has gone up.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to drop off some Xfinity equipment at the store only to find out there was a ten person queue… he told me I could do it with UPS. At first I thought I would have to jump through all these hoops get a box, etc. Only to find out I didn’t. I called ahead to confirm that they did in fact provide the service. The customer service agent on the phone was named Madison, and Madison assured me that it was something that could be done quickly and easily. I got to the store, and Madison kept her promise. I was in and out of that store within five minutes. She let me know that they provided the box and gave me a piece of paper with the tracking number and told me to hold onto it for a few months. I recommend any and everybody to utilize this service that has partnered from Xfinity/Comcast with UPS. Huge shout out to Madison thank you for making the process easy you were amazing to work with!”

“I had to visit this location for pre-employment fingerprinting. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I managed to forget my birth certificate and called to see if it was found a couple of weeks later. It was and they still had it for me. What an outstanding group of people. These people are kind loyal and knowledgeable. I’m impressed every time I come in whether it’s for stamps or sending an old school fax. It’s an easy walk in and go. Even for Amazon drop offs which is very convenient. Location is nice too.”

“I was trying to print and laminate a souvenir concert ticket for my daughter. I got it printed easy enough but was having trouble with the self laminating. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. He asked if I needed help. Laminated it for me, trimmed it, and then asked if it was for a child and let me know he would round the corners. “This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”
