“This DMV is staffed with incredibly kind people. They follow the rules and some people want short cuts and come unprepared and blame the staff for their mistakes. But I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone deserves a raise.”

“Normally thepost office is very nice and most of the people there.Normally.Just a heads up about the online sign up for the 30 day mail hold "informed".It's very cool option when you're on vacation. You get email pics every day about the mail that they're holding and you can pickup your mail any time. But I don't think individual post offices like it and hassle with people coming in asking for their mail. Also i didn't realize that if you don't have a forwarding address then after 30 days the mail will go right back to your old address and they said it holds mail for all other mail regardless of the last name.Huh ! That makes no sense since I only put my name on the application form online. The 800 number office said I can apply for "General delivery" if I don't have a new address but this post office would not allow me to apply. I think they are upset at me for already applying for the "informed" 30 day mail hold.So I tried to call back to the 800 number but it is just a automated voice that never answers. Also the online website really is of no use and the "contact us" really is fake.”

“Brianna's customer service is top-notch, 1st class all the way. She was very proficient at her job. She was professional and polite, and it was a pleasure being helped by her. She is a perfect example of what customer service SHOULD be!”

“I have been getting my print work from this local company for years. They are amazing! Today I just picked up another order and realized I have never sent in a review to say this!! Thank you for always accommodating our requests and all of the custom orders we have. Today the order was just BEAUTIFUL! We ordered some vinyl signs, posters and a large poster that needed to be altered and they did it all better than perfect!Thank you for your attention to detail always! I am thrilled with the order today (and always)!”

“The staff members there are very kind and professional. Andrew was so positive and knew exactly what to do to assist with my order. I had a large order of a seating chart, place cards, and wedding programs. I'm seriously grateful for Andrew's awesome attitude and efficiency! All the employees were wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for your assistance, kindness, and friendly conversation!”

“Matt and Daniel really helped us on a photo mishap. We were dissatisfied with a 3rd party print job and the team stayed open a little late to help us troubleshoot, they gave us great customer service and a lot of helpful suggestions.”

“Andrew was extremely helpful. I brought in a package to be returned and needed assistance with packaging and printing the return label. Turned out I needed to go to a competitor (product return policy) but Andrew got me set up with everything I needed to make my next stop quick and easy.”

“Just like any service that is run by people it has its up and downs. Overall the people at the post office have been very helpful when I go in or if I have a problem.”

“I had not used FedEx for several years and was unsure how it worked. The front desk clerk was very helpful, and walked me through the steps. It was pretty dang simple, and I was in and out of there super quick.”

“Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.”

“This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”

“Jesse at this location helped me with programs for my parents funeral. Jesse was patient and caring during my situation and would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Jesse. The programs were beautiful and you worked so hard to ensure they were created with professionalism and sophistication.”

“I had the best experience with this place. My grandmother had passed away, and I needed to ship a lot of truly priceless, but incredibly fragile items of hers back down to my home in TX. I stopped in with all this stuff, incredibly nervous about how to get it there safely, and already in an emotional state. Thankfully, the manager was there and helped me take care of everything. He was so kind and helpful, and didn’t even charge me for all the materials I used trying to (failing to) pack the items myself. He personally packed up everything, and it all made it safely to the other end of the country. Not a thing was broken or chipped, and it made it there pretty fast too. Now I’ve got all of my grandma’s wedding china and a few other things always with me to remember her by. I’m so incredibly grateful.”

“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”

“Although it is always very busy when I go there, I have found the people working there to be very efficient, professional, and friendly. Checking busy times online is helpful -also self check mailing in the lobby is great if you don't have time to wait in line.”

“I've been to this location a couple of times, and Suzanne's been the most polite and welcoming staff I've met. Suzanne was very helpful. The cost of shipping was higher than expected, but I'd still return to this location for my shipping needs.”

“Large post office desk with super friendly clerks. They have a convenient drive through lane on the side if you have stamped letters you need to send. Even a drop box for priority mail.”

“If you need your shipment(s) to arrive safe and sound and on time, you need to go to this FedEx location and ask for Cesarine Ntanga. She surpasses all expectations and has never failed me. Her employee that helps her out handles shipments with just as much care. I now travel from my business the extra 15 minutes just to have this facility handle my shipping. You will not be disappointed.”

“The team at FedEx Shakopee are awesome! After our recent experience with "The UPS store" in Shakopee I had to write this review as well.Apparently "the UPS store" is not affiliated with UPS! That is what we were told by Taylor the Manager of the UPS Store in Shakopee. The UPS QR Code we were sent didn't pull up on our phone. We told Taylor that the error says it is supported by UPS. She said quote "WE ARE NOT UPS" That's weird we went into a store that has a UPS logo, talking to a manager (who BTW has the worst customer service skills in the world) that has a UPS shirt on, with the UPS logo on her nametag, and it looks like UPS threw up all over the store, but they are NOT UPS!When the QR Code didn't pull up, we asked if we could email her the printable version of the mailing label, so she could print it for us. She said quote "no, that is not my responsibility" , and wanted us to rent one of their computers for $4 to print the label. This is just one of the reasons FedEx in the Shakopee Walmart is AWESOME, they print the $.05 label for you as a courtesy, and don't ask you to pay $4 to do so. Its called good customer service Taylor...I'll pause here so you can write it down for future reference. We tried "The UPS Store" (which apparently is NOT UPS according to Taylor) and now we know we just have to just keep going to FedEx in Walmart from now on, even though they are farther from our home. I recommend everyone else going here too if they wanted to be treated with respect. So fair warning to anyone who wants to do business with the UPS Store in Shakopee because they are NOT UPS!!!”

“To the idiots who leave bad reviews (and no I'm not an employee, but was reading the reviews before I decided to check this place out): Stop buying so much shiet from Amazon just because you have nothing else to do but add things to your shopping cart, and turns out you didn't like it. Of course the store will charge you for tape because tape costs the store money. Idiots, I tell you. Idiots who never graduated from high school and failed economics. They probably don't even know what economics is.Notice that most of the bad reviews are from Amazombies?”

“I had a package marked as delivered when it wasn't. After reporting the packages as not delivered, I was contacted by Kevin, who helped me locate my package. Kevin was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved my package. Thanks Kevin!”
