Management won't let my girlfriend and registered and notarized support animal visit. Been fighting with them for months and they won't budge.

Great prices, but I have been here 3 years now and still don't have screens on my windows. There was a water leak in the apartment above me, so there is damage to my ceiling that also hasn't been repaired. The list goes on, but all utilities included at a what to be expected price.

Having been in these apartments I can say they're much better than Pheasants Ridge which is just down the road. While both are decent the interior quality is just better here. If you're looking for some apts out of the way but close to town this is a good place.
