I paid 500 in damage deposit, live there for a year . I cleaned everything in the apartment when I moved out. I took pictures for proof. When I received my deposit back I received $95.. dollars back from $500. What joke

Great prices, but I have been here 3 years now and still don't have screens on my windows. There was a water leak in the apartment above me, so there is damage to my ceiling that also hasn't been repaired. The list goes on, but all utilities included at a what to be expected price.
