“Gatewood is a little worn but everyine is nice here. I am very appreciative of how much Meghan Shortt, from the office, has helped with getting me set up in my new home. I moved in right when there was a managment change happening. I'm thankful that Meghan is easy to communicate with. She has tried her best to keep us tenants as informed, and being present if possible, when other companies are entering the buildings. It's nice to know the people working at Gatewood are trying to their best for the people that live here.”
“Lived here for a little bit and plan on staying for a while. Place is very nice and Cody is quick to respond to calls whenever something needs to be fixed. Pool area could be cleaned a little better.”

“Community Center is now run outside of Catholic Charities but still offers the same services for residents...you name it they will help you with understanding bills or communicating with children's schools... they even have morning and night ESL classes for free so the adults can learn about the culture and work towards employment.”
“Lived at Wilson apartments for almost 7 years. LOVED IT!!! Maintenance was always on top of things and so is the office manager, Matt Swanson. He would let me have my air conditioning earlier in the season every year because of my proven medical issues. He is a fantastic manager.”

“Having been in these apartments I can say they're much better than Pheasants Ridge which is just down the road. While both are decent the interior quality is just better here. If you're looking for some apts out of the way but close to town this is a good place.”
