“Devin worked tirelessly to figure out how to remove my GMC Terrain keys that were stuck in my grandson’s Terrain ignition. The whole issue looked pretty dismal until Devin started using his awesome computer skills and excellent problem solving skills to get the key out. He truly saved the day. I was already thinking that I’d have to go to the local GMC dealership to get this problem resolved. Fortunately for me, Devin took care of our dilemma and and charged a nominal amount for his expert services. “Customer service is mostly great, but every now and then (not often) you'll get a representative that disregards vehicle symptom information from the customer, they just want to get it in the shop and start tearing into it. Vehicle service is precise and comprehensive. Pricing is higher than mom-and-pop shops, but Motorworks makes for a great Plan-B for hobby mechanics such as myself”
