“Anthony is great! This location was unable to complete my hitch installation but Anthony was proactive about calling me right away to let me know. He was upfront about rescheduling options and extremely polite and easy to work with even though he was helping other customers with their issues at the same time. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but when that happens as long as the communication is good, I'm good!”

“I would like to recognize the wonderful woman (didn't catch her name) who was running the office on June 1. There were multiple customers and challenges, such as trucks not being returned on time for the next customer (me) or the exit being blocked by a semi truck unrelated to the business. She handled it all with grace and excellent customer service, figuring out a solution to each challenging situation. I was impressed.”
“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”

“Highly recommend using!!!I have been using 7th street storage for a locker for the past 8 years or so. I have never had a problem. The security is excellent with coded entry and cameras plus a shift of people. It’s always been temperature controlled. Tons of light. Reasonable price. Huge area.”
