“After being frustrated with my storage rate going up over the year that I’ve had it from $70-$152. I simply called to ask how much notice I had to give if I was going to move out of my unit and possibly to another storage facility…
Jeanette (sp??) Went above and beyond when I only called to just ask that one question and hang up. Jeanette not only answered my questions but she was able to help me get a new storage unit for $67; the same size and at the same location. All I had to do was switch from the unit I was currently in to another one.
She could’ve just answered my question and hung up, but she took the time to understand what was going on and what was important to me/my needs. She even let me take a day or two to think about it but put notes in on my account if I decided to go with her suggestions (which I did).
Let me tell you, she was SO helpful and went above and beyond that she actually made me more upset with how poor of customer service I received later in the week from a bank I was dealing with. As I left Wells Fargo I was thinking, “They need Jeanette here because she’s helpful and cares and these women are the complete opposite!!!!”
She even went above and beyond at showing me the new storage unit during a downpour.
I know I am a customer who has only had a couple interactions with her, but I will be a reference for this woman because she knows customer service. Any company would be lucky to have her working for them. Public storage, you better give her a raise. Or let her run a property. Because she’s a good one, and you are lucky to have her.”
“We needed to find short term storage for the belongings of two of our children attending the university of Minnesota. I found the storage facility to be clean, safe and in a good location. Everything is done on their phone app, including lease signing, building entry, and lease termination . I found the staff to be attentive and helpful with any questions I had.”

“I checked online to understand their options and then stopped in. The person at the front desk (Dave) showed me a few units. We discussed a bit what I was in need of -- storage of long pieces of trim while we renovate a home -- and he directed me to a unit on the top level that was at the east end of the building with taller ceilings where I could then store the trim vertically, which was also conveniently next to stairs that made it easy to bring up long pieces of trim. This allows me to use the unit much more efficiently. I reserved that unit that day and officially rented it out a few days later. It's now been a week and I've mostly filled the unit (including a chair and couple other items in addition to the trim), which means it is no longer in my way in our renovation. Everything has been really smooth, the two folks I've interacted with on staff were very friendly and helpful, the building is nicely conditioned (temperature and humidity), and the building is also very clean. Five Star Storage is an easy "yes I recommend" for anyone looking for storage in the area.”
“I wanted to provide feedback for my experience working with All American Self Storage, I reached out to them about wanting a larger unit ideally on the first floor, it turned out they rented the last one the day before. They did offer an option to rent 2 units that were next to each other on the 2nd floor and provided a discount because of a known issue with one of their freight elevators. That freight elevator has parts ordered but will be down for a period of time as the parts are no longer readily available. To make up for that they offered a discounted price and are applying that for the full term of our lease ( As long as we rent it) which is unheard of. Mike and Angie have been very accommodating, I stopped in and toured the facility, they have 24/7 staffing that live on site, CCTV cameras through out, building had originally been multiple buildings so they have a lot of units of various sizes, the entire facility is fully sprinkled, they had motion sensor LED lights throughout and the floors had a fresh coat of paint, They have a one way drive through that is able to accommodate a semi, they are open 7 days a week 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. I am planning to secure the 2 storage units on my way home after work!

Update: I can confirm that the pod door will open in very cold weather. Even after a snowstorm.
Delivery went off without a hitch! I’ve been nothing but happy with the service from PODS Moving & Storage. I scheduled and rescheduled a few times due to construction delays, and each time the process was easy and everyone I dealt with was cooperative and understanding.
The POD was dropped off and placed exactly where I needed it. My driver, Becca, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable — she even explained a few options if I decided not to keep the container on the street.
I’d highly recommend PODS to anyone needing flexible storage — whether it’s a container at home or stored at one of their facilities (something I didn’t even realize they offered until Becca mentioned it).
Right now, my basement is being packed into the POD while renovations take place, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth it’s been so far.”

It is a safe place to store your stuff as it is climate controlled and the security features they have are really nice. I like that the office is open Monday through Saturday..but you have access 7 days a week with your entry code.They have discounts for 6 and 12 month pre-pay which is really nice too.”
