Being a young women, I understand that I am not taken as serious as I should be. However, a customer is a customer no matter the age and this place did not have possess basic customer service skills. I was in looking for a couch for my new apartment and not a single worker came up to me and asked if I needed help. As I walked through the store all three workers looked at me and then went back to their work on their computers. So if you would like to be acknowledged in this store go with your fifth year old mother. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I ordered two lounge chairs from Pottery Barn Teen in EARLY September 2022 for Christmas. The original shipping date was before Thanksgiving (plenty of time before Christmas). Thanksgiving came and went, no chairs delivered. Called Pottery Barn CS about this, they said "Oh the delivery date was changed to Dec. 1 - 5th. Don't worry, it'll be there." Dec. 8th, still no chairs. called Pottery Barn CS again and sat on the phone for over 30 min. Found out that "they don't know what happened to my order". It was a $1500 order for Christmas. WOW - this is how you deal with my money. You shrug your shoulders and say "I don't know what happened???" Terrible!!! Your furniture is very over priced, and then you can't even get it delivered to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, where likely you can get a similar looking product for half the price. And it will even be delivered to you!

Received a returned broken light. They sent me a replacement that had also been returned and it was broken. Pottery Barn is sending broken and returned items. They offered no discount for our trouble and didn't seem to care. That was my first and last time ordering from Pottery Barn.

Be aware of ordering things online. Customer service people were nice on the phone except they don’t seem to know what they are doing.

This is the only Pottery Barn in the metro where I would say employees are exceptionally rude, inconvenienced by one’s presence and clearly irritated when asked for help. I would NOT recommend this location for a pleasant shopping experience unless you enjoy being treated like crap.

I ordered 2 custom leather swivel chairs from pottery barn in 12/30. They were delivered on 5/17 and I noticed immediately they were stationary and not swivel. I called pottery barn to try to get it fixed thinking it was a mix up with my order. They said that the chairs I ordered would be delivered in 2 weeks and they would take away the incorrect chairs. 2 weeks came and the delivery people came to pick up the wrong chairs but didn’t deliver new ones. I called to find out that a new order was never placed and that the chairs I ordered are no longer available. Even if I placed a brand new order and waited 4 more months, it would be impossible because my particular chair could not be made. I was referred to the “premium” customer service to help me and they told me the same info that my chairs could no longer be ordered. They said I can feel free to look for new chairs and they would try to give me a 5-10% discount. I was completely shocked at the lack of customer service or attempt to make it right. I waited 4.5 months for chairs that were wrong and offered 5-10% discount to wait 4.5 more months? Completely ridiculous. I have yet to receive my refund. So disappointed. Their “white glove” customer service is a joke.

I could literally buy the entire store if my pocket book allowed it. Absolutely love the quality and endless decor options.

I visited Pottery Barn on 10/18 at 4pm and was not greeted or approached by anyone in the store. Employees were talking amongst themselves and not greeting customers. The store was not busy. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Will not ever be returning.

I can not stand horrible customer service! Pros: Ordering online for in store pick up is FAST & EASY! I created an online order a Lumbar pillow simple enough.I got confirmation that my order was ready and headed to the store to pick it up, I understand with the current climate of the world things are different. What I don't understand is how an establishment like the Pottery Barn isn't more organized. Cons:When I got to the store there was no signage on the street telling customers what to do.FIX: There should be a designated area OUT ON THE STREET POST! with a sign that states " curbside pick up parking only call 651)***-**** and we will bring your items out to you.The store is on a busy street I had to park park far away from the store and walk up.so there was no curbside non contact pick up.On the door was a sign but in order to read it you would have to get out your car and walk up to the door. Well by that time you might as well go inside and get your items. So I did.I approached the desk waited and told the clerk I had a pick up online order.Pro: she did say hello to me.Con:Once I told her I was picking up a nonline in store order she questioned me like she was the police.'What is your first name?"I answered( as she was walking away she asked ) "what is your last name? "I answered"And what did you order?"I answered I had my phone, keys and purse on the counter, my online order was pulled up I figured I had to show some information but I didn't know what info would be needed.when she came back she sat my bag down next to the desk on the floor and said"Normally we need to see ID to pick up orders" LMAO! to that I said " well you should have asked for that in the first place." there was no need for the three pre order pick up questions if at best she may have needed to ask two questions for ID and what did I order.T H A T I S I T.I handed her my ID.grabbed my pillow asked one more question about a cover for the pillowto that question she said I could look ONLINE. LOL! in my head I was thinking "I PLACED THIS ORDER ONLINE DON'T YOU THINK I LOOKED THERE FIRST?" at that point I felt unwelcome so got out of there as fast as I could.as a black woman I don't understand why some white people see you coming and lose all their common sense. If this is your job and this is how you preform your job then DO YOUR JOB! I too have a job and I ask the questions that are needed to complete a task. The level of customer service was worse that what you would get on a drunken Saturday night after partying and trying to order food.I will not go back into that location ever again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought an item online that was not the right item, went to the store to return it and they said I could only get store credit. Eventually got a hold of someone in their on-call customer service team who said there was a "glitch in the system" and I would be able to get refunded back to my credit card. The store took my item and I was told the refund would take place in 3-5 days. 2 weeks went by and I still was not refunded so I called customer service and they said the item was never filed as a return at the store. Called the store and they have no recollection of a return either. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company which was more phone calls.
