We were in the process of selling our home and we met the guy to do the transaction of his check. Both parties were nervous about signing the check over and putting the title in his name. (The check was for less than the normal cancellation fee would have been, so I called just on the off chance that they'd waive the fee.) While she was at it, she noticed that one of our accounts qualified for an upgrade and completed that as well. They go the extra mile here!”
