  So hard to use as a business customer. The last time I went to a branch, I waited for half an hour to be helped. That is just not okay. Horrible service whenever I have to go in.

  They keeps my money until I'm ready to take it out. They do their jobs.

  Such a bad experience, went to go clear up a dispute of transactions that I didn't do and the girl who was working there was so rude, didn't want to help me and proceeded to talk about me in Spanish . Such a bad experience and will not be going again
