  I did not have to wait. Car was clean. I was able to choose a car from the compact car section. To return the car to terminal 1 use this address and follow the return signs: 4901 Glumack Drive, St Paul . No issues at all. If you don't want any extras just decline. The prepaid gas worked for me.   Huge selection of recent models, all clean and an excellent customer service. Near by the boarding gates.
