“Great people and service. Prices seem aligned with industry and work can be sent to other shops to get work completed quickly. Quality of work is very good--bumper and fender looks brand new.
Communication between insurance and shop (assignment) took some work to straighten out--which was likely my insurance company's fault. The communication between shops could be improved--a few details were missed when my work was transferred to another shop. Easily cleared up during a call and visit but the process/systems should be improved to reduce work.”
“We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. Even with a big storm that knocked out their power for some hours, they got it all done, and done well. We feel so much better now taking our preferred vehicle on this trip. “Yesterday (8/31/2024), I was in a pinch after I tried to do my own oil change and failed to get the oil filter off due to it being over tightened. I pulled up to their shop without an appointment and spoke with Bob and despite him being busy he took the time out of his day to lift my car and take it off for me free of charge. It's rare you see service like this anymore and I will be taking my vehicle their for additional service when the time comes. My car was then serviced, and I was also advised about my oil change being due which I was aware of and I greatly appreciated that. The price was great as well. “ABC, body repair has been the best auto repair in the 46 years. I have been driving and the different places I’ve taken my car too. Nobody has been able to do a better job with a company that cares more about how your vehicle looks and wants it to be as good as they’re very own vehicle, they take very very good care of their clients. I don’t say Customer because they don’t treat people like they treat them very special. They realize that first time is by chance second time is by choice. when they’re gone, they’re gonna be missed. It’s gonna be hard to find somebody that can replace them with the same quality of service and I’ve been to many different body shops, including mostly the ones that are specific to my vehicles, but nobody can do a better job than ABC that I learned from my mother, who demanded I give them the opportunity to work in my car one of the rare times she was 100% correct I love her but when it comes to things like auto repair or things a little more technical, you know, you have to be careful. She’s a wonderful woman who sent me to a wonderful auto repair , ABC was the best and I will miss them. They’re gone.”

“I drive a 2007 Volvo S80 that was starting to get loud and a little embarrassing…..after a scary expensive estimate to replace the whole muffler at another shop, these guys were able to cut out and replace the portion of the tail pipe with the hole in it, weld a new piece onto the existing tailpipe, and I was out the door quiet as a new car in 20 minutes for $69.99. If you drive an older car and it’s loud bring it here these guys are beyond fair and do amazing work. ?”
