However, be aware that you need an appointment time scheduled if you wish to come in the shop, at least when I tried; the "open hours" are a little misleading. “I have heard the average person owns 8 cars in their lifetime. I, personally, have purchased over 15. Yesterday I purchased my second brand new vehicle ever.I had a 2017 Pacifica that I absolutely loved, but wanted to get something that had a warranty. I also have very specific requirements since our family uses our van for everything from hauling popup campers to hauling sheetrock to actually sleeping in the van...So I went to our local dealership and looked at their inventory, but nothing matched. I then decided I'd build my van. After talking to them, it was clear I still wouldn't get what we wanted. I looked at the Chrysler website and entered all of our requirements: towing package, dark interior, entertainment package, etc. I found multiple vans that met my criteria, and they were all at Fury. I thanked my dealer and drove the 40 min to Fury to meet with their salesman Josh.From the MOMENT I walked in, I was treated professionally, and all of the employees went above and beyond to make the purchase happen in a way I was comfortable with. They explained my trade-in value, worked with me to arrange a payoff, and walked me through every step to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. The manager was beyond helpful as well and they all checked in with me throughout the inevitable hours long process.The next time I'm in the market to trade up, this is where I will look first.
