Doors and elevators are locked at random hours of the day. Stairwells reek of urine and most doors in the stairwells are locked. Parked here twice since 2021 and ended up having to walk up the entrance ramp both times after seeing a show at The Palace Theatre. The card reader to come in is a hit or miss. It rarely reads my card and it makes my anxiety go up many levels because there's always cars behind me waiting to come.

There’s a dirty abandoned van that’s sat there for five years that’s now broken into and no one’s done anything about it and advertisements for 35E extensions… opening in 2016. And any after hour security numbers they have posted don’t work. They clearly don’t care about this garage.
