I called and they got me in right away the next day. Once inside, they fixed the problem—no attempt to just sell me a new tire. They fixed the problem; they were honest, welcoming and professional.

“Purchased a 16 Passat and it drove great. Just a tiny bit of hail damage, got it for a great price. Totally new gas and breaks, very touchy but that’s my preference. A lady hit me and the car was totalled two weeks later. Went back to get another car and found a 16 mazda3. Luckily I got bumper to bumper warranty, because it smells like rotten eggs whenever I accelerate on the highway. Took it back in to get it fixed but it’s been some time and I’m almost positive the problem is still going on. Now it’s starting to smell worse but my warranty has expired so I cannot get it checked for free. The paint has also started peeling and is getting worse by the day. Cannot wait to sell this car. The reason for the high rating is because the workers are great. Even let my dog come to do some shopping with us. One guy I believe his name was Rick, had something to say because my dog is a pit bull, so he clearly wasn’t the best with customer service. Nate who I believe is the owner helped me search through the cars I was interested in and make a choice. Both cars he went down in price as well. Once my Mazda is sold I do plan to go purchase another car from here.”
