“Add one more voice to Jay and A2Z's stellar rating. I happened to be in the neighborhood getting some skates sharpened and saw A2Z's sign so I stopped in. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!”

My friend is in the hospital and his phone was knocked off his tray and broke. Because his family does not live in the local area he was worried about being without a phone. Christian was kind enough to fit me in the same evening and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this store for your phone service needs.”
“The rep I met in this store was alone, he said another staff had had to leave earlier in the day for health reasons. But he was very professional in handling the several customers in the store with different needs. I was impressed with his demeanor and attitude which neutralized the occasional negative feelings you have when a place is understaffed. He handled my need efficiently and still within a reasonable time.”
“I had a great experience here. I stopped by earlier in the week because my old phone was acting up. I was recommended to get a new phone (my old one isn't even made anymore). I researched phones and went back to the store later that week. Tree was my representative both times and was terrific. She transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new one for me, assembled the new phone with the protective screen and case and was overall very helpful. There's great people at this store.”

She had to send me to another place for the iPhone 15 that I bought, as I heard it was the person in charge who attended to me, and from the beginning I felt extremely angry because of her tone of voice and her sharp answers, although I give that lady a positive and that is that he knew how to connect my data from the previous phone to another, however you should know that a good attitude always makes a difference! “So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
