“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

Communication between insurance and shop (assignment) took some work to straighten out--which was likely my insurance company's fault. The communication between shops could be improved--a few details were missed when my work was transferred to another shop. Easily cleared up during a call and visit but the process/systems should be improved to reduce work.”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“I bought a Porsche Panamera and shortly after someone took a crow bar to the hood and after failing to pry it open, they keyed the entire driver’s side from front to back. Raymond’s was highly recommended and the only recommended shop by other Porsche owners in Minnesota.It took several months to get an appt but I’m glad I waited. I received my car back yesterday looking better than when I purchased it. The detail work was done incredibly well, communication was easy as I texted directly with the person overseeing my car. They went above and beyond for me when I had a last minute emergency with my car needing mechanical work the day it was due to come in.I am so impressed with Raymond’s and would highly recommend without reservation. “I had an excellent experience with Lamettrys in New Brighton. Staff were very professional, organized, and good at keeping me updated. I walked in for the initial estimate and got it within 20 minutes. Was able to get my car in for repairs less than two weeks later. Also they cleaned the entire car like new before returning it. I’ve never had such a great experience with getting car repairs done.”

“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”
