“Note: this post office is not connected to the airport at all in any way. If you arrive at Terminal 1 before all the lanes split, you must follow signs for Hotel. that will get you to this post Office. Or as someone at the post office pointed out, you can navigate to Post Road. The line was really long at this time of year but I give 5 stars because I support postal workers ?”
“I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.”
“Was in town visiting and had to mail stuff home out of state. And when I tell you Rayonna was a DREAM!! We went in two separate times that day to mail and she treated us like family. SUPER knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and knows how to coach us to get the best deal on shipping rates, she’s also just mad funny. I’m just mad she doesn’t work at the FedEx by my house because this woman is the best!!! FedEx knows what’s up and so does my girl Rayonna.”
“Left Plainfield Indiana to go home to White Bear Lake Minnesota. I left my phone, and a whole bag of clothes in the hotel room. The hotel staff (I posted a review of them as well) had taken my forgotten items to the UPS store in Plainfield on Tuesday night. 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning I had my phone back. Very very impressed!”
“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”
“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

“The guy working around 5pm on Tuesday November 3rd was awesome. The post office & UPS told me $45 to ship carpeted car floor mats which are light. My box was too big. This guy helped me find a smaller box, packed it up for me to fit & it only ended up being $27. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I offered free shipping on the car floor mats. I would of had to cancel the order if it wasn't for this man. Thank you for saving the day!”

“I was trying to print and laminate a souvenir concert ticket for my daughter. I got it printed easy enough but was having trouble with the self laminating. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. He asked if I needed help. Laminated it for me, trimmed it, and then asked if it was for a child and let me know he would round the corners. Very thankful!”
“There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees”
“I have been using this location for several years- so probably about 20 times. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers, but never have I had a bad experience mailing anything! They are so efficient that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. We have always had great service here. Keep up the good work UPS!”
“The people leaving these negative reviews must be VERY needy. I've only had wonderful experiences with this PO - I drive 15 miles out of my way to use it. The ladies are always so patient and helpful with shipping needs.”
“I went into this post office for the first time and was a bit underwhelmed by the buildings age and upkeep. But the man behind the counter was wonderfully friendly and efficient. Jason chatted kindly with each person while efficiently taking care of their usps needs. He made my day! Thank you!”
“Very helpful with Amazon product returns. Note that this place cannot accept Amazon returns that are too big for a packaging envelope. If the return is too large to fit in an envelope, the customer will have to purchase a box for the return due to the limited capacity of this facility. Employees are very friendly and helpful.”
“Best staff ever!! It has been a struggle trying to ship internationally. I've tried USPS, FedEx. USPS works sometimes, but not well in places they don't have a station. Fed Ex is very complicated to send as a business.DHL has stations all across the world and specializes in International shipping.I haven't sent a package successfully yet through DHL, but the confidence and help I received from the staff made me hopeful.Whelp!! We shall see!! Yippie!!!”
