“I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.”

“Was in town visiting and had to mail stuff home out of state. And when I tell you Rayonna was a DREAM!! We went in two separate times that day to mail and she treated us like family. SUPER knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and knows how to coach us to get the best deal on shipping rates, she’s also just mad funny. I’m just mad she doesn’t work at the FedEx by my house because this woman is the best!!! FedEx knows what’s up and so does my girl Rayonna.”

“The guy working around 5pm on Tuesday November 3rd was awesome. The post office & UPS told me $45 to ship carpeted car floor mats which are light. My box was too big. This guy helped me find a smaller box, packed it up for me to fit & it only ended up being $27. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I offered free shipping on the car floor mats. I would of had to cancel the order if it wasn't for this man. Thank you for saving the day!”

“There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees”

“Very helpful with Amazon product returns. Note that this place cannot accept Amazon returns that are too big for a packaging envelope. If the return is too large to fit in an envelope, the customer will have to purchase a box for the return due to the limited capacity of this facility. Employees are very friendly and helpful.”
