“I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.”

I mailed out ten packages probably and he was so helpful plus patient. Not to mention there were atleast 7-8 people also there at that time. “During the Holiday Season this is the place to go! The Staff is kind and incredibly helpful. The store owner, Jim, went above and beyond to help us save on packaging and shipping (make sure you use your AAA discount!) But what really warmed my heart was when I was having issues with my key fob. My car wouldn't unlock. He graciously offered to take me and my friend to to get a new battery for my key fob. He soothed the frustration with sweet stories and said: "It's an adventure day!". And he was right, with a little kindness from a stranger, he changed a terrible situation into a little adventure. You changed my perspective and brought some warmth on a cold Minneapolis afternoon. Thank you for your kindness!”

“I have been using this location for several years- so probably about 20 times. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers, but never have I had a bad experience mailing anything! They are so efficient that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. We have always had great service here. Keep up the good work UPS!”
