“Recently my 2019 CX5 Grand Touring Reserve started leaking coolant. I looked around and Murgic's was the closest Automotive shop. I called them and I know during this time of year it gets really busy as people prep for winter. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and I dropped my car off Friday. They gave me a call back Monday and told me what they think may be wrong. I know it's hard to see where the leak is because I checked it myself. They were able to give me some information I needed, it was only $75 for the diagnostics. The car is now at a Mazda dealership. Customer service is top knotch here. Highly recommend if you need help with your car. Crossing my fingers Mazda doesn't charge me for their failed QA on their cylinder heads causing cracking, coolant leaking.
Edit: Walser Mazda in Burnsville replaced my engine under warranty. This was a no cost fix outside of the $75 spent to confirm the cylinder head by Murgic's. Steve and his team recommended me contact Mazda because there's a class action lawsuit right now for my exact issue and that's what we did to get this fixed for free. Parts alone were $6500 alone according to the team. Happy camper here. Thanks for the help!”

“Good customer service. However, the tech failed to place a milage sticker for my next schedule oil change. Also, he posted my tire air pressure on the ticket. But I checked my car computer and the figures were totally different. Obviously he didn't check my tire pressures. Please check your tire pressures to make sure they actually check.”

“Had an incredible pick on there Wheelbarrow Sale day, today. Probably about $700 worth of parts, overflowing the wheelbarrow. The only catch to this sale, there's a PVC square just inside the door it has to fit through, as wide as an SUV tailgate, maybe 5 feet tall. Awesome day picking. Car folks, y'all will love this place.”
