“In for first oil change and tire rotation.Barely had time to finish a cup of complimentary coffee in the waiting lounge before my truck was ready to go. Coffee was good BTW.Tech was sharp and everything checked out good to go.Bought the 10-pack of oil changes when I took delivery. Saves about $30 per oil change. Dealer HIGHLY recommends changing the oil on the 3.5 Ecoboost every 5000 miles. Pretty good deal.Definitely recommend AV Ford.”

“I had some aggravating bumper scars on my Chevy Volt from a parking-lot hit-and-run. After getting an estimate from a USAA-approved shop I took it in at the appointed dropoff time, only to be told that they weren’t qualified to work on plug-in cars—even though this work was nowhere near any high voltage. They referred me to another shop, which gave me an estimate (after a 3-day wait for an appointment). However, they didn’t seem interested in such a small job (and said they’d need the car for a week), so I passed on that one.After seeing the Apple Valley MN CARSTAR as another approved shop on USAA’s website, I called them. They got me in for an estimate right away ($300 less than the other two), and said they’d need the car for 3-4 days and would call with appointment options (predicted to be in a couple of weeks).The promised call came quickly; they said they had a cancellation and could get me in the next morning (a Tuesday). I brought it in, and they gave me a ride home, so I didn’t need to arrange that.The work was done by that Thursday afternoon, and the bumper looks like new again. (Plus, they returned the car cleaner than when I brought it in, inside and out.) Highly recommended; they’re now my “go-to” shop should I be unfortunate enough to need bodywork again.”
