“I was told by Apple Valley Ford that I had a leak in my turbo and it needed to be replaced before it caused damage and they needed to replace my backup camera. They wanted $3,100 for the turbo and $1,000 for the backup camera. I took it to Gunners Garage to get a second opinion and they said yes there is a slight leak and they hate to miss out on work but honestly there's no need to replace it, just bring it in every once in a while and we'll keep an eye on it. But if I want to replace it they can and the price was way better. They seem trustworthy and are super nice. I'll be bringing my vehicles here going forward.”

“I took my car here to get my tires looked at and they found a leak. They patched the tire up and rotated the tires for $84. They didn't oversell me on stuff I didn't need and treated me well. I will be going back for future car needs. I had to make an appointment a week out, so it is worth calling ahead. Staff was kind and courteous of my time. I got my car back the same day.”

No complaints at all.The Collision Center was very busy, and I was told that some parts needed for the repairs were hard to locate due to supply chain issues. This unfortunately slowed the repair speed dramatically. Obviously this was not the collision center’s fault, and I was provided a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle was out of service.Would I go back for this type of service again? Absolutely. They both went above and beyond. My repair was a big one and required a lot of communication with a parts company, my extended warranty company and the out-of-state shop that installed the faulty part. I can't imagine how much time Bud spent coordinating all of these players. Nick offered to give me and all my luggage a ride to a local rental car dealer and when there were no rentals available, he drove me around helping me track down a vehicle.
