I had a 2014 pickup towed into another shop because it wouldn't stay running. I was told catastrophic engine failure, only option was a new reman engine, $12,000!
I had it towed to Heartland and Nick took a 2nd look. Still had all the same symptoms but Nick dug a bit deeper and found a broken valve spring. Spring was replaced and the truck runs perfectly again, less than $400 and out the door! Thank you Nick and Heartland for digging a bit deeper!”

“I was at Mayo Clinic for an appointment with my mom and daughter. Our vehicle was returned from valet with 5 lbs of pressure. It was sleeting, snowing and blowing and we had a 2 hour drive home. The valet told me about your shop and I could make it there once they aired up my tire. I called to make sure you could fit us in and I spoke with Garrett. He calmed my anxiety by letting me know that they could get us in. He was truly amazing. Once I arrived at the shop, Garrett greeted me and spoke with Mat. Together they made a plan to fix my tire without having my mom have to get out of the vehicle since she cannot walk. Mat fixed my tire quickly and gave me confidence that I would make it home safely. Everyone who helped us in anyway was nothing but amazing that day. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful- it was very much appreciated!”

These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.”

“When I had issues with my car, Firestone said there was a problem with my head gasket and I decided to get a second opinion and went to the Nissan dealership to have them check it. Nissan said nothing was wrong. After 3 months of driving it my car didn’t drive right so I brought it back in to Nissan and it was a cracked head gasket. Should’ve just went with what Firestone diagnosed it as. Always go here now going forward! Thanks Firestone!!”

“We were driving from the Twin Cities down to Rochester when we ran over something that caused a puncture. After putting on the spare, we continued on our way. Since we originally purchased our tires at Costco, we decided to stop by to see if the damaged one could be repaired.
Even on a busy Saturday, the process was incredibly smooth. We dropped off the tire at one of the garage bays and were promptly greeted by a technician. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to patch, but they had a replacement tire in stock. In less than 20 minutes, we had a new tire installed and were back on the road.
A special thank-you to Jovan, who dropped everything to help us from start to finish with our unscheduled repair — truly excellent service!”
