“I was looking for a Dale of Norway sweater that matched the one I had just purchased for my dad. The folks at Dale of Norway reached out and they were able to link me to the exact sweater I needed. After waiting a few days I placed my order. They were fantastic in their shipping time and updated me by email all across the ordering process. They were nice and answered any questions I had and were always available on email or on the phone. This is my first stop for any Dale of Norway sweater or really any Norwegian sweater altogether.”

“I was doing some shopping for winter clothes and I'm the past they always have deals on sweatshirts and hoodies. It jad been a while since I was in here and it had been remodeled since last time. Was able to find some sweatshirts and looked around. I did not have any employee come up to ask what I was looking for at anytime. However I was only in the store for a couple minutes. The person who rang me up was very friendly and upbeat. The reason I rated a 4 star is because the sweatshirts I got ended up being much lighter than in the past.”

“Made a purchase online and went to the store to pick it up. Upon entering the store, I was immediately confused. There was no clear indication where the pickup section is located. I first went to the service desk where my question was answered with "No." I asked a Sales Associate and told to go to the rear corner of the store... I suppose this is for security purposes, but not a location clearly marked. Ok, I see the sign and figure out what to do and then have to search the area for my item. This is not something I was used to. There should be a better process as everyone's purchases are open to anyone to pick up. Not too secure, in my opinion, but then again, I am not a loss prevention expert. Next time I'll do my shopping the normal way at Kohl's. I love the items I purchased, nice selection, and multiple sizes.”

I set my phone down and forgot it, they held on to it until I turned around and drove back for it! “This is a review for the service I've used during the pandemic: very safe online with delivery to my doorstep! I love the sale prices; it gets pretty close to Wal-Mart prices. So I got a nice shirt to wear w a tie. It was $15. That's good, right? Shipping was slower than Amazon or Walmart. But I don't order emergency stuff from Macy's. If I need Wasp spray, I call Walmart. I also got Christmas presents from Macy's. It was easy with the FILTER function online; I put in my old lady's size, the price I can spend, the type of item I want, and 15 choices pop up. Like a Metalica or AC/DC t-shirt. Just like other places, spend enough and shipping is free. You don't gotta order too much, neither ($25 ? $40?). If you live in rural Iowa, 2 hours from Jordan Creek Mall in W. Des Moines, believe you me, being able to shop at Macy's is a real advantage. And I did it all using my cellular telephone!”

“I stopped at this Forever 21 location today on my way to the cities for a last minute outfit. I never leave reviews, but an employee by the name of Jordan was SO outstanding I felt obligated to post one. She went above and beyond to help me and I noticed how she was incredibly kind and helpful to her coworkers. You don't find employees like her often, give that girl a raise!”
