“Made a purchase online and went to the store to pick it up. Upon entering the store, I was immediately confused. There was no clear indication where the pickup section is located. I first went to the service desk where my question was answered with "No." I asked a Sales Associate and told to go to the rear corner of the store... I suppose this is for security purposes, but not a location clearly marked. Ok, I see the sign and figure out what to do and then have to search the area for my item. This is not something I was used to. There should be a better process as everyone's purchases are open to anyone to pick up. Not too secure, in my opinion, but then again, I am not a loss prevention expert. Next time I'll do my shopping the normal way at Kohl's. I love the items I purchased, nice selection, and multiple sizes.”
“This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.”
“We had bought a sprayer for a UTV and the pump went bad. They called the company and ordered a pump for us and took care of the warranty. They were very good to work with. Not sure how to spell his name correctly but I will try to get close- Joshiah? Sorry if I butchered it. He was very helpful. Thank you again.”

“i love love loveeee marshall's so much!!! they have so many cute items, especially for teenagers. i have bought stuff from zara, american eagle/aerie, nike, urban outfitters, and calvin klein. i prefer marshall's over tjmaxx because i've found that they have a lot more cute items in my style. here's a pic of my most recent finds: pants from zara and a top from nike!”

“I dropped by JC Penney to do a pitstop! I had been driving around Rochester for a couple of hours and needed to take a break. I dropped by Apache Mall and parked next to this JC Penney. The women's washroom is clean. I have no complaints. I had a Wild game to catch in St. Paul, so I didn't spend a lot of time here. I did like seeing all the sports apparel. All major Minnesota teams, including the Gophers, are represented here. There was a sale going on where you buy one item and get the second for 50% off. I rarely shopped at JC Penney when I lived here. However, in recent years, I have grown to love it. It has a Sephora section, which has been handy when I needed a replacement brush for my Clarisonic Mia facial device. The store is brighter and cheerful compared to what it used to be. It was nice to check it out again after many years. (6)”
“Another store where workers are friendly. Maybe I need to get out of the cities more. I just looked around. There was a clearance display that I assume turned and I knocked some crap off of it. The guy just laughed and said it happens all the time. I found some cute socks and a couple of stickers. Stuff I didn't really need. Probably will stop again. Cute Minnesota souvenirs.”

“This is a review for the service I've used during the pandemic: very safe online with delivery to my doorstep! I love the sale prices; it gets pretty close to Wal-Mart prices. So I got a nice shirt to wear w a tie. It was $15. That's good, right? Shipping was slower than Amazon or Walmart. But I don't order emergency stuff from Macy's. If I need Wasp spray, I call Walmart. I also got Christmas presents from Macy's. It was easy with the FILTER function online; I put in my old lady's size, the price I can spend, the type of item I want, and 15 choices pop up. Like a Metalica or AC/DC t-shirt. Just like other places, spend enough and shipping is free. You don't gotta order too much, neither ($25 ? $40?). If you live in rural Iowa, 2 hours from Jordan Creek Mall in W. Des Moines, believe you me, being able to shop at Macy's is a real advantage. And I did it all using my cellular telephone!”

“Best gas prices around! Shop fleet farm store, get 4¢ gas coupon, fuel up and save 4¢ a gallon. Buy gas on Tuesdays and a carwash, get a carwash free. When you buy your gas, ask for a free popcorn, and there's a $5 coupon on the bag to use in the Fleet Farm store. Savings all around!!!”
“Took my car in for a front end alignment and before they could align it some parts needed to be replaced I was able to replace the parts myself and they re-aligned it for free, you get one year to have a re-alignment performed at no charge.”
“I was helped at the jewelry counter by a shift lead named Ashley. Not only did she go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me select the perfect watch but, she held onto the watch for me while I continued shopping. After I was ready to purchase the watch, she helped me take out a few links to make sure it fit me. She spent extra time with me helping me with sizing, doing everything in her power to help me with the perfect fit. Her customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to be so helpful is unmatched. “Generally cheap prices on most thingsDuring the midst of the pandemic they had a lot of supply issues, I feel in general that it has gotten much better. They also have curbside pickup over on the Sam's Club side for online orders and we've used their delivery service during this time as well which generally went well.”

“I came from San Francisco, this is the first time visit Sam's Club with my sister who lives in Minnesota, we feel hungry, then go to the food court order something to eat, the lady works at the food court Explains to us very gentle and detail, very good service! “A nice collection with great prices .. you can find things from shoes and clothes to make-up and even furniture ..The staff are very nice and friendly .. and the return policy is 30 days with the receipt and tag on ( I am not 100% sure about the returning date) ..Red tags are the clearance and yellow tags are the double clearance .. so good luck searching for the yellow ones ..”
