THE BEST gym you can find in Rochester. Along with the top notch equipment, comes an amazing atmosphere you want to be apart of. But most of all, the staff here at IPG is the nicest and most welcoming I have been around.

This is a fantastic gym. Great selection of equipment, clean facilities, with a great crew and people that come here to train. If you’re serious about working out or just starting out, this gym has everything you need.

Great gym. When my membership didn’t cancel as I expected, they hastily fixed it and refunded me the extra month with no hassle.
