“This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.”

“I dropped by JC Penney to do a pitstop! I had been driving around Rochester for a couple of hours and needed to take a break. I dropped by Apache Mall and parked next to this JC Penney. The women's washroom is clean. I have no complaints. I had a Wild game to catch in St. Paul, so I didn't spend a lot of time here. I did like seeing all the sports apparel. All major Minnesota teams, including the Gophers, are represented here. There was a sale going on where you buy one item and get the second for 50% off. I rarely shopped at JC Penney when I lived here. However, in recent years, I have grown to love it. It has a Sephora section, which has been handy when I needed a replacement brush for my Clarisonic Mia facial device. The store is brighter and cheerful compared to what it used to be. It was nice to check it out again after many years. (6)”

Quality clothes for all weather wear and comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took my mother there while she was visiting from California. Got some good deals for the whole family..”

“Loved looking here during their huge sale a few weeks back! I wish Once Upon A Child was as great as they are now when my daughter was little. I could’ve spent hours in the store. I got A TON of stuff, including big hot wheels toys, a mirror for my nephews rear facing car seat so auntie can see him & he can see me, & some educational toys all for around $24! Can’t wait to go back & find more great stuff!”
