“I rented this nice red Civic for two days .. the car was in a good shape and the milage was in the 30k ..The staff were so fast and nice and they take the time to explain to you and give you recommendations for the insurance and everything ..They accept international driving license too for new people in the States who didn't get their license yet ..The normal car damage insurance is about 25$ per day .. and there are other insurances you can add also ..”

“We had a fantastic experience with Matt Halfond! He hooked us up with a great car, was so unbelievably friend & welcoming, including walking out to the lot as we were loading our bags to make sure we liked the car before we took off. Our key fob was low on batteries and we had to pick up a friend from the airport. Matt was able to swap out the batteries on the fob while our friend waited for her luggage to make sure the key was good for the weekend. As a business owner, I'd love to have 100 employees like Matt!”

“This is a new Avis location that opened a month ago (October 2021). It is occupying the same location where Hertz used to be. It is a very well managed branch and the rentals through it are cheaper than other branches. This might be to encourage people to rent from that specific location.”

“A few weeks ago I need a rental after one of my vehicles was out of commission and had plans to leave town. I had also misplaced my credit card and was going to have my son reserve with his debit card. When we got to Avis, Wayne was about to close down for the night but was more than willing to rent to us. We went to reserve the car and my son misplaced his drivers license ( yes the apples doesn’t fall far from the tree). Wayne suggested trying to get a replacement at the dmv so we ran there got the necessary paperwork and came back. By this time it was past closing and Wayne was well in his rights to say sorry folks but he rented and was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you need a vehicle, please seek out Avis and Wayne at their Rochester frontage road location. Best customer service I have had in all my experience with car rentals.”
