Definitely not how I remember it...the guy at the door asked what I was looking for but didn't bother to actually listen and pointed me in the opposite direction. Shelves were half empty. I eventually found what I was looking for.

There were no sales associates working in the area . Plenty of employees in the checkout area. We did go somewhere else We were looking for something specific...all our appliances are from bb. You were our first choice always..that day we decided to shop around
