The new store manager Annie is very knowledgeable and helped several people ahead of me getting the best deal for their money. I love how cricket has Fast 5G and is better than Verizon and T-Mobile, also how they have MAX included with hotspot and cloud storage included on their best plan. Since I’m a single line account I can save 5 dollars on auto pay but if you have multiple lines, you can save lots of money on multiple lines on the family plan!”
“I had a great experience with Jeff today , and a week ago. I live in a rural area, which has horrible cell signal and I cant get Internet out here due to underground cable is missing . So I wasn't able to qualify for metros internet because it was saying it wasn't available in my area yet. Jeff went out of his way for me to walk out of there with internet in my hands. He made my day!! He is a smart, very kind person who really should be a boss!! Knowledgeable was great, but just having my interaction with him made me love Metro again!!
