I have been workout out here for about 4 months now and have been so impressed with not only the atmosphere but also the programs in place to help you along your fitness journey. I have been primarily working with Kelly and she is fantastic with pushing me but also understanding my limitations. 10/10 recommend

Been working out here for 8 months. It's a clean gym, I mostly do the group classes and have a personal training session once a week with Kelly. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. Happy with my training sessions and the results.
