  Would give 0. The manager is especially a problem employee. My wife gave exact dimensions and shipping rate for the shipping of a package and they gave a specific price. 2 days later I shipped the package and they charged double. The manager was rude to even ask a question of.

  The older short bald guy was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. I followed all directions best I could to return an Amazon purchase. This guy kept telling me to go home and do it right. Apparently, I was holding up his line. Two miles away, there’s another UPS store. That guy helped me. Never going back to that... read full comment

  went to print 2 a4 pages..forwarded the docs to store. Charged me 8$ ..6$ for computer use . I could have printed this for 20cents and fedex. Pathetic pricing policy trying to squeeze money out of customers. Never ever into a ups location. Corporate greed at max!.
