The older short bald guy was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. I followed all directions best I could to return an Amazon purchase. This guy kept telling me to go home and do it right. went to print 2 a4 pages..forwarded the docs to store. Charged me 8$ ..6$ for computer use . I could have printed this for 20cents and fedex. Pathetic pricing policy trying to squeeze money out of customers. Never ever into a ups location. Corporate greed at max!.
