“I called this store asking if they had some Irish Setter Marshall Boots. Kyle (I think was his name) took my call and was incredibly nice. I arrived and my boots were waiting for me to try on with a couple others that he recommended but never pushed me. Couldn't believe how respectful and knowledgeable he was with all the different models. He took the time to ask more about what these boots are for, what I did for work, etc. I love all my Red Wing boots and to have a store like this a handful of miles away from home is perfect.”

“We had an incredible experience at the Woodbury Schuler Shoes location. We stopped in on Saturday with our 2yr old daughter who has CP. Matt greeted us at the door and asked us all the right questions about our daughter’s braces, AFO’s and SMO’s. He measured her feet and came back with two sets of the perfect shoes! They fit exactly as needed. What we thought was going to be a long shopping experience with possible tears and a meltdown was instead an easy, pleasant and inclusive experience thanks to Matt and the rest of the staff at Schulers. “Great customer service here, will definitely be back! I wore holes through the soles of my favorite pair of Red Wings and the steel toes were exposed from the leather being pretty shredded. They have been beat up pretty hard over the years so I wasn't sure they could be saved.Came in here and they were able to send them in to the factory to get resoled, reconditioned, relaced, and the Tough Toe applied. They're like brand new!Not to mention, Red Wing is locally owned and operated, and American made. Can't beat that!”

“Great variety of items including be boots but lack on men’s wear…. but if you use your discount credit and try to return the item that you used the discount with, they will not give it back to you. That’s kind of bogus because the item was worth whatever you purchased it with so they should return both your cash and your discount back when you go to return items. Kind of a rip off! I earned that discount with all the money I spent there already, shouldn’t I get to retain it?! They petty af, cheapo!!”

Although while I was there, one co worker, I believe her name is Nyla, was rude, on her phone, unwelcoming and talking very loudly about other co workers VERY personal issues. I think it's very unprofessional to gossip (especially about what she was talking about) very loudly for costumers to hear. Let alone in general. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable. However, Uzi, Shain and Jessica all did tremendously at changing that uncomfortable experience to a positive shopping environment, costumer service, keeping the store clean, and making my day while helping me choose a new pair of shoes!”
