“I called this store asking if they had some Irish Setter Marshall Boots. Kyle (I think was his name) took my call and was incredibly nice. I arrived and my boots were waiting for me to try on with a couple others that he recommended but never pushed me. Couldn't believe how respectful and knowledgeable he was with all the different models. He took the time to ask more about what these boots are for, what I did for work, etc. I love all my Red Wing boots and to have a store like this a handful of miles away from home is perfect.”
“Tyler was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands, forms, and even helped me choose a shoe due to how I walked. He didn't bring me to the most expensive brands, he showed me what will work for me. Excellent customer service.”

“Great customer service here, will definitely be back! I wore holes through the soles of my favorite pair of Red Wings and the steel toes were exposed from the leather being pretty shredded. They have been beat up pretty hard over the years so I wasn't sure they could be saved.Came in here and they were able to send them in to the factory to get resoled, reconditioned, relaced, and the Tough Toe applied. They're like brand new!Not to mention, Red Wing is locally owned and operated, and American made. Can't beat that!”

“Mt review is long overdue since I have been shopping in-store for many years with great satisfaction. The fashion-forward, sophisticated, art-inspired and unique designs by designers less-familiar to local shoppers, guarantee the wearer will present herself with her own individual style. Marina and her staff are creative and always helpful without being intrusive or "pushy". The jewelry and shoe collections are wonderful as well. Don't let the downtown location keep you away; it's definitely worth the trip. A devoted Atelier957 fan!”

“Nice clean and quiet place. Music noise isn't to loud and makes the place fun to browse had a lot of variety.They have all seasons of footwear, from dressy to still winter boots. Men & womens and kids shoes. They got it all.They also have fun purses for the night out or just casual ones. Plenty of socks on sale and even sole padding for heals and regular shoes.”

“One of my favorite stores to shop and consign!!!! This location always has a fabulously huge selection in Men & Woman's merchandise (LOVE THEIR SHOES!) The staff is super friendly and great at answering any questions. Personally I've had only positive experiences with all the staff, they seem to always be cheerful, their communication and brand knowledge is excellent, and most importantly seem to want to be working. Pricing is AMAZING whether you're there to buy or sell. LOVE ALL THE FREQUENT CLEARANCE EVENTS (again great for selling or buying). The merchandise is always in great shape never any stains or big amount of wear or tear. 100% HIGHLY suggest this location if you're buying and/or selling!!”

They were working as a team to help me and my significant other but they were also working as a team to keep the store clean with disinfectants to make sure everyone was safe. “Came here about a week ago! Love this store , staff is very respectful, helpful and professional. Although while I was there, one co worker, I believe her name is Nyla, was rude, on her phone, unwelcoming and talking very loudly about other co workers VERY personal issues. I think it's very unprofessional to gossip (especially about what she was talking about) very loudly for costumers to hear. Let alone in general. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable. However, Uzi, Shain and Jessica all did tremendously at changing that uncomfortable experience to a positive shopping environment, costumer service, keeping the store clean, and making my day while helping me choose a new pair of shoes!”

“Back to school the store was really shopped rough but the staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone in there was working I did not have to wait for any service they were extremely friendly. This is the old staff from one of the famous footwear stores in the area. It was a nice surprise to walk in and see them all working there together as a team. The selection is really good I ended up walking out with a pair of shoes exactly what I was looking for.I will definitely be back to shop some more. Great variety lots of dress shoes for women that's such a plus a lot of stores have stopped caring women's dress shoes.”
