“Came over here on a whim after having some truck troubles. Boy, am I glad I did. The first impression off the bat was how personable and attentive the staff was. We visited like old friends would.Secondly, they started off strong. When they got to my truck, they went above and beyond on diagnosis. Afterwards I received a link to an inspection report that they completed and it had every detail you could need. If you want pictures, comments, and concerns about your vehicle, they offer an amazing extensive list of exactly what is going on!The customizablilty of service after this point is honestly a dream. It is simple to get an estimate of the work you want done by a few simple clicks and afterwards, your problems slowly begin to fade.Pricing is reasonable and affordable. Not only that, it's very transparent, too. You'll know what's coming. Even speaking with the owner, I was given money saving advice at his own expense. I find that honorable!Wait time: The bays were full, and it was close to closing time when I got there. They have a hassle free drop-off I was able to utilize. They got to my truck the very next day. “Brad and his crew are very nice and greeted me with warm demeanor. The AC went out in my car and it was in the 90’s; it felt like an emergency that needed to be resolved. They were able to get me in right after I called. I had called a few other shops prior but only got their voicemail. They ran diagnostics and promptly fixed my car.

“Some of the nicest people I have ever met. I got a flat tire early this morning at 1 am leaving work and left a voice message to be called back in the morning to see if there was any availability around open for a tire repair. I was promptly called back and told I could bring it in right away. Life happens, crazy morning with my animals and getting ready for work I wasn’t able to bring it in until about 9:20. I drove away with a repaired tire promptly at 9:36. Such a weight off of the shoulders and I feel confident in my repair. Thank you all SO much. I am forever grateful. “I came to this shop as a last resort because my car was shaking and my check engine light was on. The office receptionist said they were very busy but she would try and get someone out to me to check to see why the check engine light was on. I said thank you, I will wait in my car. Well knowing they were busy I was patient. Then about 20 minutes later a man stepped up to my window and asked if I was waiting for someone. I told him why I was there. He went and got the code reader and came back. Checked what code it was and told me it was the engine coil. He told me I couldn't drive it until I got the engine coil fixed and I told him I had no choice but to drive it. I didn't expect to get my car fixed today but thanks to him it was. What a miracle. Found out later he was the owner. All I can say is he made my year thus far and showed me the good in people which I thought didn't exist anymore. Thank you Al and thank you to the rest of your crew, who were all extremely nice to me. I will not take my car anywhere else for anything. “Radiator hose blew on my 2008 Jeep Liberty and a friend recommended I use Joe for the repair. I had the my car towed over in the evening and I had it back 24 hours later. The hose was fixed as was a serpentine belt. Even had an oil change too! The price was very fair and the car is running great. Joe called me a couple days later to make sure all was well.
